One of our regular gardeners and a great cook, Neena, is running Mint Chutney making Workshop for us today as a part of ‘Gardening Club’ from 10.00-11.30 in The Mix.
We will be supplying all the ingredients for making of this delicious and easy Indian condiment, and intend on having lost of fun making, tasting and decanting it in to jars. We will also have a recipe for you to take home, as well as surfing suggestions.Please register your attendance on our Facebook page in ‘Events’, so that we know how many mint bunches and other ingredients we need for the session.Also, please bring 2-3 empty clean glass jars for storage and to take away some of what you made. We will also keep a few jars for tasting during our Harvest Festival on 6th October. Looking forward to seeing you on the day!
